Procrastination!

I have been so awful at updating, it's just got completely out of control now that I am 6 weeks behind. It just became a big job so I left it till tomorrow and then the next day, knowing that the longer I left it the bigger the job and the less likely it would be that I did it and now - bang - where did the six weeks go? Well below is the summary. And sorry for the wait. I won't promise not to be slack again.
